Swimming pool, pool terrace and sunbathing area

The outside area at Villa Kastalia is simply amazing! The swimming pool takes centre place with sun loungers dotted around. There is plenty of room on the terrace to soak up the Greek sun while taking in the beautiful mountain views. Under the pergola you will find a dining table with chairs and the brick BBQ perfect for dining alfresco and watching the sun set over the resort.

Entrance

There is a driveway which leads you to the private parking area towards the front of the villa. Take 2 steps up or for easier access to take luggage up is a ramp, here is the front door which opens into the open plan living area.

Living area and kitchen

The simply styled lounge, kitchen and dining area is open plan, with wonderful views of the mountains through the patio doors which lead to the pool terrace. The villa is furnished with imaginative decorative touches and contemporary design, comfy sofas as well as a flat screen TV. At the far end is a modern kitchen and a dining table, what better way to enjoy your evening with a home cooked meal and chilled glass of wine.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

There are 2 bright and airy bedrooms just off the living area. 1 double bedroom with patio doors opening out on to the pool terrace. 1 twin bedroom with en suite shower room has patio doors which open on to the side of the villa leading around to the pool terrace. There is also a separate bathroom on this floor. On the lower ground floor, you'll find an elegantly furnished twin bedroom and a separate shower room.

Games room

From the living area on the ground floor, a staircase takes you down to the lower ground floor where there is a games room offering space to unwind. You can challenge a friend or relative to a game of ping pong. For a lazy evening there is also a flat screen TV! There is also a separate exit from here which allows you to access the drive and parking area of the villa via 12 steps up.
