The swimming pool area has ample space for sunbeds and a pergola to one side provides some shade for those who want to escape the sun. Established gardens with shrubs and trees make the area attractive and help create a restful atmosphere. To the front of the villa is an outdoor dining table and chairs coupled with a seating area - perfect for alfresco dining after a busy day by the pool! The BBQ is adjacent.

Entrance

Five steps up lead to the main entrance to the villa. There is a parking available if you decide to hire a car.

Living space

The open plan area is bright and spacious, combining the kitchen, dining area and living area. There is a comfortable sofa coupled with 2 armchairs, a feature fireplace, a flat screen TV, as well as a dining table and chairs. The style of the villa is traditional with some original pieces of art on the walls which add a touch of individuality. The kitchen is contemporary and equipped with all the modern appliances. A door from the kitchen leads to the covered terrace with a glimpse of the sea and mountains views.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The double bedroom has an en suite bathroom and the twin bedroom uses the facilities of a separate shower room. Both bedrooms are stylishly decorated and situated at the back of the villa.
