Entrance

A driveway is to the side of the villa with plenty of parking space for your hire cars. 2 steps up from here is the front door.

Living area and kitchen

The open plan lounge, dining and kitchen are sophisticatedly designed with comfortable sofas, a flat screen TV, and a sleek dining table with chairs. Adjacent is the glossy and fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, ideal for perfecting your culinary skills. A set of patio doors open onto the pool terrace ensuring the room is filled with natural light and a cool breeze. The contemporary features throughout this stylish villa combined with the sociable design create the perfect space for your party to relax. From here, a staircase takes you down to the lower ground floor.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The villa compromises of 3 sophisticated, modern bedrooms divided between the ground and lower ground floor. On the ground floor is a spacious double bedroom with plenty of storage space and access out to the pool terrace. This room makes use of the separate bathroom. You'll also find 1 twin bedroom on this floor with an en suite shower room and patio doors leading out to the side of the villa. The remaining bedroom is on the lower ground floor, which is elegantly furnished with lots of storage space. This room makes use of the separate shower room.

Games room

If soaking up the sun isn't for you, there is also a games room on the lower ground floor offering plenty of opportunities to challenge a friend or relative to a competitive game or 2. You'll also find a flat screen TV in this room, perfect for some background music or to kick back with a movie. A door from here opens onto a set of 12 steps up taking you to the driveway and pool terrace.
