Swimming pool, pool terrace and sunbathing area

The private pool takes pride of place amongst the spacious terrace. This is a great place to spend lazy days whilst taking in the views of the olive and citrus groves, against the mountain backdrop. There is a pergola in the far corner and a brick BBQ for a spot of alfresco dining. Steps from the pool lead to a raised, shaded terrace with views of the surrounding countryside and village churches. Here there is traditional Cretan seating where you can relax with a cool refreshment.

Entrance

There is street parking for your car hire. The entrance to the villa ground level is directly from the street where there is a covered terrace and a table with chairs. On entering the house, a hallway leads to the living space.

From the spacious terrace on the ground floor there are external steps to the lower ground level and pool area. There is also a slope heading downwards which also leads to the lower ground level entrance and pool area.

Living space and kitchens

The bright, open plan kitchen, diner and seating area on the ground floor is a great place to socialise after a day around the pool. The units are in an L-shape in the kitchen, it has all the appliances to cater for your holiday, as well as a feature fireplace. The separate lounge is accessed from a sliding door by the seating area. Here there is a sofa, 2 armchairs, a flat screen TV and a traditional dresser which is the focal point of the room.

An external staircase leads down to the lower ground level, where there is a kitchen. Here there is plenty of worktop space to create some tasty treats to be cooked on the BBQ. Plus, that all important drink is within arm's reach with direct access to the pool area.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms can all be found on the ground floor. One of the double bedrooms has access out to the front terrace. The other double bedroom has a patio leading out to the shaded terrace with views of the pool and beyond. There is a separate shower and bathroom also located on this floor. On the lower ground level there 2 twin bedrooms sharing a separate shower room. All bedrooms have neutral tones with some bright finishing touches.
